Dog Abandoned In A Parking Lot Does Not Stop Hugging His Rescuers

If there is one thing that the lovely Clarence is known for, it is his willingness to treat people with tremendous affection in the hopes that they will return the favor. This adorable 4-year-old golden retriever mix has just one goal in mind: to embrace and capture the hearts of everyone he encounters.

Clarence, on the other hand, had never known the luxuries of home since his former owners had kept him in their garden. Worst of all, they later chose to drive him to a Walmart parking lot and abandon him there, with no regard for his fate.

The adorable little puppy discovered two other abandoned dogs, a German Shepherd and a little Chihuahua, and began following them.

The dogs became their new family, until Clarence and his German shepherd pal were apprehended by city animal control one day.

When Clarence’s owners refused to pick him up, the staff decided to place him on the euthanasia list.

Fortunately, Hounds In Pounds, a rescue organization based in New Jersey, stepped in just in time.

Clarence and his German Shepherd companion were rescued and taken to the rescue center, where they were groomed and placed in a permanent home.

Despite his difficult start in life, Clarence had no ill feelings against people and instead clung to his rescuers.

On Facebook, the center’s employees wrote:

“He’s kind and loving, and he’s delighted to be secure with us.” Clarence’s golden fur is irresistible; he reminds us of sunlight, and his personality is endearing. He is bright, warm, and enlightens those who come into contact with him ».

The adoring fluffy dog has shown to be a caring creature who gets along with everyone, including cats.

The shelter’s founder, Cat Suzuki, told The Dodo:

“He is a literal angel.” He only wants to be near you.”

Clarence moved to the state of Georgia to begin his hunt for a new house and a new chapter in his life.

Clarence’s adoptive family will be very fortunate, according to the volunteers, because he will offer them many delights and adventures. They also stated that he will get along well with others since he enjoys being the center of attention and demonstrating his devotion for them.

Added Cat:

“A movie companion or snuggling partner would be excellent for him because he’s very lazy.”
